We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will become active within

24 hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bailey's Barkign Goodies, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at wes@baileysbarkinggoodes.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and offer a solution based on the outcome.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
