Refund Policy

At Bailey's Barking Goodies, we take pride in providing high-quality, organic dog treats made with care and natural ingredients. Your pet’s happiness—and your satisfaction—are important to us.

 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully.

 

1. All Sales Are Final (Perishable Items)

Because our dog treats are consumable and made with organic ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. This ensures the health and safety of all our customers and their pets.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the affected item(s).

To process your request, we may ask for:

• A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

• A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label)

Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

 

4. Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you and your furry friend to be happy. If your pet doesn't love the treats, contact us at wes@baileysbarkinggoodies.com within 14 days of receiving your order. While we can’t accept returns, we’ll do our best to make it right—whether through a refund, store credit, or replacement.
